AI & Automation PMO Leader

ADLIB is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to drive governance, structure and visibility within its growing AI & Automation and Digital function in Birmingham. You'll establish frameworks, ownership, timelines and reporting across multiple initiatives.

You'll partner with engineering, tax specialists and senior stakeholders, track risks, dependencies and resources, support Agile ways of working and help teams stay aligned as the capability expands.
