A well-established Irish company is seeking a hands-on AI & Automation Developer with a strong data foundation to lead a critical automation initiative. The proof of concept is complete, now they need a builder. Someone who can go beyond experimentation and deliver intelligent, scalable tools that transform business processes from the ground up.

You'll be the technical lead in a small, focused team with direct influence over architecture, tooling, and direction. Whether it's Azure, Microsoft Fabric, or any Microsoft stack, your input will shape the future of AI within the business.

Your mission:

• Design and deploy intelligent automation solutions from scratch

• Build AI-powered tools like chatbots to streamline internal operations

• Leverage production data to develop, test, and scale real-world applications

• Define the architecture and own the full project lifecycle, from concept to deployment

What You'll Need:

• 3+ years of experience in automation development

• Solid data background, comfortable working with real business data

• Proven experience deploying AI models or automation tools in production

• Hands-on chatbot or workflow automation experience

What's On Offer

• €60,000 - €75,000 base salary
