Agriculture Lecturer - Real Farm Teaching, Flexible Hours

Plumpton College in the heart of the South Downs invites experienced farming and rural industry professionals to join our agricultural education team, inspiring the next generation of agriculturalists.

You'll teach across programmes from Level 2 to BSc Honours, contribute to real-world farm-based learning on our 900-hectare estate, and benefit from in-house CPD and teaching qualification support. Relocation assistance includes accommodation in staff housing for up to six months.
