At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Store Branch Manager with experience or strong interest in Agriculture to join our client's growing team based in South Kildare. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

Your new role includes

• Responsibility for the day-to-day management and operation of the branch in line with the company's overall policy.
• Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control and ordering.
• Completing store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximise profits.
• Formulating pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends to facilitate planning.
• Maintaining market awareness and performing competitor analysis and introducing new and innovative business processes to maintain a competitive advantage.

Experience you need

• 3+ years experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of Agri industry is a must.
• Strong product/retail knowledge is essential
• Knowledge of Building/DIY materials is highly desirable
• Excellent customer service skills
