AGM - Lead Customer Service & Ops in Food Travel

SSP in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager and team in delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence. This full-time role covers weekdays, weekends and bank holidays, with a 40-hour workweek and hours flexing between 5am-7pm.

You will lead by example, mentor and train staff, uphold brand quality and safety standards, and inspire loyalty through outstanding service and teamwork across all shifts.
