Agile Squad Lead - Servant Leader & Delivery Coach

Admiral Group plc is seeking a Squad Lead to guide agile delivery within a Tribe, remove blockers and coach the squad in Lean-Agile practices. You'll run Scrum ceremonies, protect the squad from distractions, and help upskill team members for self-organisation and value delivery.

The role focuses on sustaining sprint momentum, managing risks and dependencies, and collaborating with Chapter Leads on development and recruitment efforts.
