Join us as an Agile Culture Lead - Group Control at Barclays. Guide teams, leaders, and organizations in adopting and optimizing Agile practices, fostering an Agile mindset, enhancing team performance, and driving continuous improvement through coaching, facilitation, and barrier removal. Align Agile practices with organisational goals and support sustainable, long term transformations.
Purpose of the roleGuide teams and leaders on Agile principles and practices, facilitate collaboration, and support the organisation's transition to an Agile culture.
Accountabilities- Mentor and coach teams and leaders on Agile principles, practices, tools, and methodologies to meet the Business Unit's strategic needs and deliver value to clients and customers.
- Facilitate colleague development by embedding Agile ways of working and championing an Agile mindset to drive cultural change.
- Build high performing teams, helping them identify and eliminate impediments to Agile execution and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Use data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with other Agile Coaches, sharing best practice and contributing to a network of Agile champions across Business Units.
- Own the Agile coaching strategy to continually improve maturity levels across the organisation by embedding best practices.
- Sound knowledge of PowerPoint and digital design.
- Senior stakeholder management experience.
- Experience in digital communication.
- Agile knowledge or experience.
- Background in change or transformation.
This role can be based out of Glasgow, Northampton, or Knutsford.
