Agile Coach - Paris - 6+ months

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Agile Coach for an exciting project with a Consumer goods client of ours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor teams in the adoption and improvement of agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Drive organizational change by promoting a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and transparency.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Provide training and coaching to team members, leaders, and stakeholders on agile principles and practices.
• Assess the current state of agile maturity within the organization and develop strategies for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach, with a strong focus on leading transformation initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Relevant certifications (eg, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) are a plus.
