Agency Social Worker - Hospital Social Work team - Barnet Council

Barnet Council is seeking agency social workers for its Hospital team.

The role will last up to 12 months initially.

Paid at London rates.

The role will involve the following:

• Hospital social work posts.
• Provides a range of support and care services for older people, adults with a physical and learning disability and people with mental health needs both in the community and at home.
• Hospital discharge work
• Safeguarding

Requirements of the role:

• Qualified Social Worker
• Fully Social Work England registered
• Must have significant post-qualified experience in adult social care
• Must have hospital discharge / hospital social work experience
