Responsibilities

• Work with internal partners and complete online training to build knowledge of TikTok's advertising proposition.
• Support the agency sales team by building sales pitches and education programmes that leverage data insights and creative thinking.
• Learn and leverage tools to help the team spot market opportunities and potential focus areas.
• Deliver campaign reports, both in-person and virtually, across a wide range of clients to improve performance and scale future revenue commitments.
• Collaborate with other departments to stay up to date on platform and product developments and relay to the sales team.
• Assist with project planning, progress tracking, and completing administrative tasks, such as documentation, meeting coordination, and maintaining data hygiene.
• Commit to an onboarding date by the end of 2026.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above, available to start in 2026.
• Preferred Qualifications: Results-oriented with great attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments.
