Aftersales Success Lead - Premium Auto Service

Autotech Recruit is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious automotive dealership in Worcester for a Permanent, full-time Senior Service Advisor. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service throughout the service journey and identifying opportunities to increase aftersales revenue.

You'll be the main contact for customers from booking to handover, build strong relationships, upsell services, liaise with workshop teams, and maintain accurate invoices and records.
