Duties of an Aftersales Manager:
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the service and parts teams to deliver outstanding customer service

  • Manage departmental budgets and control costs effectively
  • Develop strategies to increase parts sales and service revenue
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals, one-to-ones, and personal development plans for team members
  • Oversee health and safety policies, risk assessments, and safety training
  • Collaborate with marketing, HR, and finance departments to uphold company standards
  • Drive business growth initiatives and staff development from the front
Requirements of an Aftersales Manager:
