Duties of the Aftersales Manager:

• - Managing day-to-day operations of the service, parts, and warranty departments
• - Overseeing a team of approximately 35 staff, including workshop technicians and support personnel
• - Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
• - Driving department profitability while meeting key performance indicators
• - Implementing effective processes to optimise workflow, service delivery, and team performance
• - Monitoring KPIs and developing strategies to improve departmental outcomes

Requirements:

• - Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager within the automotive industry
• - Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate large teams
• - Excellent understanding of service, parts, and warranty operations
• - Knowledge of dealership KPIs and continual performance improvement
