Aftersales Manager / Mobile mechanic

As Aftersales Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and development of our aftersales department. You will ensure our customers receive an exceptional level of service while maintaining efficient workshop operations and supporting the continued growth of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• To handle all new and used vehicle warranty issues and claims
• Order parts as required
• Book in services and coordinate the job getting completed
• Ensure all sales cars are serviced and prepared for sale
• Handle all servicing and diagnostic updates for new vehicles
• The above is to include potential mobile servicing, which we are looking to build
• Prepare the aftersales department for our upcoming expansion, with two new brands being added to our portfolio

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience in an automotive aftersales, service management, or workshop management role.
• Possess strong organisational and planning skills.
• Be customer-focused with excellent communication abilities.
• Be capable of managing multiple priorities in a busy dealership environment.
• Have a proactive attitude and a genuine desire to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
• Be comfortable using dealership management systems and manufacturer platforms.
• Hold a full, clean driving licence.
