Job Description

Listers Group Limited in Coventry is seeking an Aftersales Manager for our Audi dealership. You will lead workshop, service and parts teams, coach staff to achieve KPIs and deliver outstanding customer service, while driving utilisation and efficiency across the centre.

The role offers a company car, an OTE of £75,000 and a comprehensive benefits package including pension, wellness programme and staff discounts. Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm with opportunities to develop within a growing group.
