Join LSH Auto as an Aftersales Executive and be a pivotal player in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. We are looking for a driven individual to support our customers post-purchase, ensuring they receive the highest level of service throughout their ownership experience.
In this role, you will coordinate aftersales activities, respond to customer enquiries, and work collaboratively with our service team to deliver timely and effective solutions. Your commitment to customer service will help foster enduring relationships and promote our core values of quality and excellence.
Location: Birmingham
Hours: Full-Time (45 hours per week)
Salary: £29,000 plus OTE bonus
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in the automotive aftersales sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with service management software is a plus, but not essential.
- A valid driver's licence is required.
