Job Description

Daimler Truck UK Limited, supported by DEKRA, seeks an Aftersales Dealer Development Coach to join the aftersales improvement programme. You will coach the DTUK network, deliver expertise in process delivery and management aligned with DTUK service processes.

This role influences change at all levels to meet programme aims, KPIs and ROI, requiring strong performance management, change leadership and hands-on training experience.
