Job Description
Overview

We are delighted to be supporting a lovely family in Wimbledon in their search for an experienced, warm, and engaging nanny to care for their three-year-old daughter. She is a bright, lively child with a strong personality and a wonderful imagination. She has had gastrointestinal health challenges and ongoing needs, including allergies to dairy and soya and occasional disrupted sleep. For this reason, the family is seeking a nanny who is calm, patient, attentive, and confident in supporting a child with individual care requirements.

Responsibilities

The role is five days per week, Monday to Friday, from 2 pm to 6 pm. Responsibilities will include engaging the child in creative and stimulating activities both at home and outdoors, making use of the family's garden and nearby green spaces. The nanny will prepare the child's evening meal in line with her dietary requirements and will be expected to keep the play areas tidy and organised. Occasional outings will include trips to the local playground, visits to local shops and bookshops, feeding ducks at a nearby pond, and arranging playdates with nursery friends.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience caring for children aged 3 4.
  • First Aid qualification essential.
  • Up to date enhanced eDBS certificate and a 12 hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate.
