Aftercare Team Lead: Shape Futures for Young Adults

Barróg Healthcare is seeking an Aftercare Coordinator for the Cork office. You will lead an aftercare team, coordinate multi agency work, and develop and evaluate aftercare plans to support young people and vulnerable adults.

The role includes supervision, safeguarding duties, and involvement in ongoing service improvement. On site, full time position with a dedicated on call component.
