We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable After School Club Manager to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children at the end of the school day.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be motivated, approachable, and confident, with the ability to lead activities and manage behaviour in a calm and positive manner. Key qualities include friendliness, fairness, initiative, proactiveness, and a positive attitude.

Requirements and Qualifications

Applicants must have experience working with children and hold a Level 3 Certificate in Teaching and Learning (or equivalent). You should have a genuine enjoyment of working with children, the ability to take responsibility, and a willingness to uphold the school's behaviour policy at all times. Being a strong and positive role model is essential.

Our school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. An enhanced DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) clearance is required for this role.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and is eligible for an enhanced DBS check including a Children's Barring List Check. If you are barred from working with children you are breaking the law if you apply for this post.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
