After School and Holiday Club Deputy Manager - part time, temporary until June 2027 (maternity cover) - part of the e Plus department. Hours are 12pm 6pm, Tuesday Friday during term time and 21 hours during school holidays on a rota basis. The postholder will manage the School's P1 P4 service during term time and Nursery/P1 P7 services during holiday periods.
Responsibilities- Lead an effective and motivated team to deliver high quality out of school care.
- Provide daily support to the Practitioner and evaluate the provision weekly.
- Ensure a consistent approach across the provision, support children and staff, and be included in staff ratios on the floor.
- Oversee operations of the School's P1 P4 service during term time and Nursery/P1 P7 services during holiday periods.
- Kind, enthusiastic, and responsible individual who prioritises children's interests and works well within a team.
- Experience working with children.
- Recognised childcare qualification or actively working towards one.
- Strong organisational skills.
Hours: 12pm 6pm, Tuesday Friday during term time and 21 hours during school holidays on a rota basis. Salary range £20,456-£22,462 pro rata per annum.
