After-sales service technician

Service TechnicianWe are a renowned company headquartered in French-speaking Switzerland, in Cressier near Neuchâtel. We design, develop, and manufacture high-performance centrifugal pumps and diaphragm valves, which we deliver to the industry, chemistry, and wastewater sectors. To strengthen our after-sales service team, we are looking for a:Service TechnicianTasks:- Maintenance, commissioning, subscriptions, and general service activities of pumps on-site in technique for new and existing customers- Intervention report and technical description after revision activities and general service activities on our site- Troubleshooting and breakdowns- Feedback on quality issues encountered on-site to improve our products- Frequent travel within Switzerland, with the possibility of foreign interventions, maximum 15%.- Promote our image and service to our customers, along with the immediate supervisor, particularly through new solutionsProfile and Skills:- CFC in mechanics or an equivalent qualification- 2 years of experience in after-sales service preferred- Good knowledge of English (minimum B1) and/or German; any other language is a plus- Driver's license- Comfortable with various stakeholders, clients, partners, and suppliers- Independent, interested, open, and flexible- Demonstrates strong dedication to customer service- Sense of priorities and urgencyIf we have piqued your interest, we look forward to receiving your complete application (cover letter, CV, diplomas, and work certificates) for more information about our company. jide12099aaen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
