In this leadership role, you'll provide operational direction, manage hospital resources, and respond to risks or incidents, ensuring smooth and safe care delivery at all times. We are offering both part-time and casual positions , with flexible shifts available across a seven-day roster, including day, evening, weekend, and public holiday work.Key responsibilities: Oversee hospital operations and manage risk effectively Support Cabrini's operational goals and service standards Provide orientation, guidance, and ongoing support to staff Work relieving shifts as the Hospital Coordinator Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills About you Cabrini's After-Hours Hospital Coordinators ensure the smooth operation of the hospital outside of regular working hours. With their expertise and problem-solving abilities, they effectively handle challenges and emergencies, providing exceptional care to our patients. Collaborating with a team of experienced professionals, they contribute to seamless workflow and support Cabrini's operational goals. You will have: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Minimum five years' recent acute hospital experience Advanced Life Support (ALS) accreditation Critical Care training Proven leadership or management experience in nursing Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills Ability to manage resources and workloads effectively under pressure Postgraduate qualifications in Critical/Cardiac or Emergency Care (desirable)To view the full position description, click .
