Affordable Housing Delivery Lead

Portsmouth City Council seeks an Affordable Housing Enabling Officer to lead housing delivery within the Local Planning Authority area, mainly in Portsmouth, and to support neighbouring authorities where needed.

You will work within the Housing Needs, Advice and Supply service, focusing on maximising social and affordable housing supply through planning and council resources, including acquisitions, disposals, and negotiations.
