Affiliate Marketing Executive

You're our Affiliate Marketing Exec! You'll play a key role in supercharging our clients' growth through smart, strategic partnerships. You're someone who lives and breathes performance marketing, knows how to hustle, and isn't afraid to shake things up.

You'll be the driving force behind our clients' affiliate programs, building high impact relationships with publishers, influencers, and media partners to drive real revenue. You'll spot opportunities others miss, optimise like a pro, and always keep one eye on the bigger commercial picture.

What your role looks like in practice

Here's an overview of your responsibilities and the tasks that you're expected to do as part of your role:

• Build standout relationships with affiliate partners, influencers, and media networks. Keep them engaged, motivated, and always ready to champion our clients.

• Dive into the data. Track performance, spot trends, and make sharp decisions that boost revenue and ROI.

• Bring new ideas and provide strategic guidance to our clients, understanding how Affiliate Marketing fits into their wider marketing mix.

• Work closely with our marketing team to develop affiliate strategies that don't just align with client goals - they smash them.

• Be the go-to for affiliate queries, new applications, and client updates. Whether it's email, Zoom, or Slack - your communication is always sharp, professional, and on-brand.

• Keep things above board. Ensure all partners follow the rules and every campaign runs smoothly and compliantly.

• Deliver slick, insightful reports that show exactly how affiliate programmes are performing - and where the next big wins are.

What we need from you

A degree in Marketing, Business or a related field is nice to have but we're more interested in your attitude and hunger to learn than your qualifications on paper.

Got experience in affiliate marketing? Brilliant. No experience yet but obsessed with digital and ready to dive in? We want to hear from you too. Experience is not essential for this role, though proven affiliate marketing experience is required to be considered for the higher salary range. Bonus points if you've dabbled in TikTok Shop or TikTok affiliates.

You're a natural communicator and relationship builder. You ask great questions, solve problems on the fly, and know how to keep things moving. Analytical mindset? Even better.

Familiar with platforms like Awin, Webgains, CJ, Rakuten or TikTok Shop? Great.

You're proactive, switched on, and ready to take ownership. You thrive in a fast-paced team and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to make things happen.
