Affiliate Account Manager - London (Hybrid) - £36K-£41K DOE
This performance-focused affiliate marketing agency is looking for an experienced Affiliate Account Manager to join their growing team in central London. Working across global affiliate programmes for big-name brands, you'll take the lead on client relationships, publisher partnerships, and strategy, driving growth and delivering results.
As an Affiliate Account Manager, you'll act as the main point of contact for clients, owning the day-to-day delivery, optimisation, and performance of affiliate campaigns. You'll also work closely with networks and publishers to negotiate, report, uncover opportunities, and help your clients grow through smart, performance-led partnerships.
You'll be based in the agency's central London office 3 days a week, with 2 days working remotely. The agency offers a collaborative, friendly, and flexible culture, with great benefits and strong opportunities for progression.
Responsibilities of this Affiliate Account Manager:
- Operate as the lead point of contact for all client's strategic and account matters.
- Deliver clients' objectives, develop their skillset, and support their progress within the business.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client and publisher relationships.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to all clients.
- Manage the budget, forecast, and track key account metrics.
- Negotiate with publishers to get the best deals and achieve the best ROI.
Requirements of this Affiliate Account Manager:
- Proven work experience within the affiliate marketing space as an account executive, key account manager, junior account manager, or other relevant experience.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level.
- Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel) and delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time, thriving in a fast-paced environment while paying strict attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
