Aerospace Quality Leader - Regulatory Excellence & NPI

Safran is seeking an experienced Quality leader to drive operational excellence in a highly regulated aerospace environment. Reporting to the Head of Quality, you will lead a team responsible for quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across the Military value stream.

You will own quality strategy, manage audits, non-conformances, RCA, CAPA, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure product conformity and right-first-time performance.
