Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer - Lean & NPI Specialist

A leading staffing firm is currently seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join their team on a contract basis at their Titchfield site. The successful candidate will provide essential support in assembly/test manufacturing engineering, ensuring manufacturing output, quality, cost, and safety objectives are met. Key responsibilities include supporting NPI phases, maintaining compliance with safety regulations, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates must have strong manufacturing engineering principles and experience with LAIRs and FAIRs processes.
