Howmet Aerospace invites applicants to join a Level 3 Multi Skilled Maintenance and Tool Maker Apprenticeship based at Redditch. You will gain practical electrical, mechanical, and tool room skills while supporting planned maintenance, breakdown repairs, and continuous improvement projects.

The programme runs for 49 months, with paid training provided by Make UK and in-house sessions. You'll achieve Level 3 Engineering Technician qualifications and begin a career in aerospace manufacturing.
