Aerospace Customer Service Leader - Site Excellence

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Customer Service leader to drive the CS function for OEM and Aftermarket customers across Titchfield and South Molton. You will shape service strategy, coach a diverse team, and ensure customer needs align with site capabilities and commitments.

In this role you will own key customer relationships, escalate issues when needed, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and export controls compliance across the UK sites.
