Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AEM Technical Consultant/Developer to join a global team driving digital transformation. In this role, you'll act as the key link between business teams and technical experts, helping design and deliver impactful solutions on the AEM platform.


We are looking for a technical profile who is interested in evolving towards management and functional tasks. They will provide training and invest time in you, as long as you have the motivation and soft skills . It doesn't matter if you are currently a 100% technical profile.


What you'll do:

Requirements gathering & analysis

  • Work with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business needs.
  • Translate those needs into functional specifications, user stories, and workflows.


Functional design & collaboration

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and AEM architects.
  • Help define components, templates, and workflows tailored to business goals.


AEM platform optimization

  • Recommend best practices and improvements leveraging AEM features such as content fragments, personalization, and DAM.
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and platform governance.


Testing & validation

  • Define and execute test cases.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshoot issues.


Documentation

  • Create clear, user-friendly documentation, including process flows, functional specs, and training materials.


Requirements

Must-have:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in IT projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM): templates, workflows, components, DAM, etc.
  • Hands-on with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs ).


Nice to have:

  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence.
  • Certifications such as Scrum Master (CSM) or similar are a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
