Job Description
Starting ASAP - 37.5 hours per week - 3 months - Cwmbran

Working for an independent body set up by the Welsh Government who liaises with the public regarding their experiences of Health and Social Care across Wales.
Your new role

  • Engagement: Confidently interact with people face-to-face when out engaging.
  • Be the first point of contact for incoming emails: Confidently use Outlook and manage multiple mailboxes.
  • Confidently handle calls from the public regarding enquiries and concerns.
  • Handle challenging calls: Confidently manage difficult callers.
  • Use Microsoft Word and Excel: Confidently use MS packages.
  • Data entry and management using CRM systems.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in engaging with the public
  • Experience of working in a customer-facing role
  • Administrative experience
  • Must pass DBS check

What you'll get in return
  • £14.05 per hour
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm (37.5 hours)
  • Primarily office-based, with the flexibility to work remotely when required
  • Good public transport links and parking
  • 3 months temp with possible extension
  • DBS check covered by agency
