About the job As the Advocacy and Engagement Senior Manager, you will play a key role in driving the Swarovski Foundation's mission to promote sustainable livelihoods through education to reduce inequality. You will lead and deliver on all the Swarovski Foundation's advocacy, engagement and communication efforts, raising awareness and amplifying the organiszation's voice, strengthening stakeholder relationships, building meaningful partnerships, and deepening our positive impact.Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: Strategy and Budget: Leading the global Advocacy and Engagement strategy and manage associated budget in compliance with charity governance, Communication and Press: Delivering strategic communications, press, and marketing plans to enhance visibility and impact, Communication Platforms: Managing and updating all internal and external communication platforms regularly, ensuring compelling and consistent content, Global Initiatives: Building and leading partnerships, projects, events, and activations globally, Media Relations: Coordinating all media engagement with the support of our PR agency, including outreach, press requests, and coverage reporting, Stakeholder Engagement: Acting as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Swarovski Group, Swarovski Foundation partners, agencies, freelancers), Brand Stewardship: Safeguard brand consistency in line with the Swarovski Foundation's brand guidelines, Impact Reporting: Analysing and reporting on digital performance metrics and media coverage. About you We're looking for a dynamic unique and motivated professional who can combine strategic vision with hands-on delivery who brings the following qualifications and qualities: A university degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Affairs or a related field, Minimum 5 years of experience in advocacy, engagement, communication, or public affairs ideally in the philanthropic, non-profit, or international development sectors, Strong understanding of global challenges related to equity, creativity, water, and education, including the Sustainable Development Goals set out by the United Nations, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, Excellent communication, and copywriting and storytelling skills, Basic Photoshop skills, A true team player with strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive approach, A collaborative, creative, and adaptable mindset, with a passion for driving positive social and environmental change.
