Deliver exceptional standards across all operational areas, benchmarked against 5-star experience criteria Lead key account initiatives including House of Standard Chartered, Account Blueprint, Portfolio Tiering, and Stakeholder Mapping Provide hands-on leadership for project implementation and account improvements Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all account teams and JLL functions Bachelor's degree in Business, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related technical field (degree level or above) Advanced qualifications and experience in data analytics, or strategic management preferred Proven track record in facilities management, engineering, soft services, FM technology, or sustainability Demonstrated experience managing large, complex teams across multiple geographies Strong background in client relationship management with exceptional client focus Experience in fast-paced environments with ability to manage multiple priorities and conflicting deadlines Outstanding analytical ability with strong attention to detail Excellent numerical, commercial, and financial acumen Deep understanding of energy, water, and waste conservation measures Experience with utility data benchmarking and analysis for sustainability performance Strong project management skills with proven ability to deliver results under pressureIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet all the requirements.
