Advisor in Training

A local government authority in Cardiff is seeking a committed individual to join the Advice Line team. This role involves providing customer service support on Housing, Housing Benefit, and Council Tax Reduction inquiries over the phone. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication and IT skills, and knowledge of welfare benefits. The position is temporary until March 2027 and requires proficiency in Welsh to Level 4. Full training will be provided.
