Advice Session Lead & Trainee Supervisor

Citizens Advice BANES is looking for an Advice Session Supervisor or Trainee Supervisor to support our advice service across Buckinghamshire, including High Wycombe.

You will supervise advice sessions and lead volunteers while ensuring high standards of service delivery. The role necessitates strong people management and quality assurance skills, and an empathetic approach to client support.
