Advice Services Team Leader

North & West Kent Citizens Advice and Kent Law Centre (CAKLC) is seeking an enthusiastic Team Leader (Advice Supervisor) to lead and develop a team delivering life-changing advice to local people across Gravesend, Dartford, Swanley and Tunbridge Wells.

You will supervise advisers, support complex cases, monitor quality, and contribute to service delivery against targets while fostering a positive team culture.
