OverviewThe Advertising Executive will be working on our AV team. Think of AV (Audio-Visual) as all the ads you see and hear - TV shows, streaming platforms, cinema screens, even radio. In this role, you'll help make sure ads appear in the right place at the right time (e.g., booking a slot in the middle of someone's favourite show). You'll also assess how well campaigns perform to help improve future campaigns. The successful candidate will be tasked with helping manage the booking and delivery of audio-visual media campaigns across TV, Audio, Online video (VOD) and Cinema with the help and oversight of the wider AV Activation Team. This role is based out of OMG Newcastle and will be exclusively working into the London-based team.
Responsibilities- Support line managers with campaign setup, optimisation and reporting for AV campaigns across TV, Audio, Online video (VOD) and Cinema.
- Assist in the booking and delivery of AV media campaigns with guidance from the AV Activation Team.
- Ensure campaigns run in the right place at the right time and monitor performance metrics to inform optimisation.
- Primary account focus on NFUM and Lidl UK, with flexibility to support other clients as needed.
- NFUM - A premium insurance company based in Stratford-upon-Avon. Their media investment is consistent throughout the year, supporting a wide range of products. Primarily focused on TV and audio, with activity in digital broadcast channels to leverage first-party data for optimisation.
- Lidl - A value-oriented supermarket with a diversified AV media mix and weekly activity. Lidl engages with AV across linear and nonlinear touchpoints (BVOD, SVOD, OLV) to support trade-driving campaigns.

Flexible Working

Our standard hours are 9:30 - 17:30 with core hours 10:30 - 16:30 to offer flexibility in managing your day, whether in the office or remotely. For example, you could start at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
