About the Role: We are on the lookout for a passionate and innovative Advanced Technical Trainer to join the Engineering department. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality training and assessments for Construction Plant Apprentices, shaping the next generation of industry professionals.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver top-notch apprenticeship training aligned with industry standards.
• Inspire and mentor learners through engaging theory and practical sessions.
• Conduct vocational assessments on-site and off-site.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to share expertise.
• Provide ongoing guidance to apprentices and employer partners.

What We're Looking For:

• Industry experience in Construction Plant operations, maintenance, or engineering.
• Strong teaching, training, or mentoring skills (teaching qualifications are a plus!).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and health & safety standards.
• A passion for innovation and inspiring the next generation.

Education Requirements:

A minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant field.
