Job Overview

W.B. Griffiths & Son Ltd are seeking an experienced Advanced Scaffolder to join our in-house Scaffolding Division. The successful candidate will work across a range of construction projects, including more complex scaffolding structures, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

Erect, alter, and dismantle complex scaffolding structures
Read and work from scaffold drawings and specifications
Ensure all scaffolding works comply with current regulations and safety standards
Supervise and support scaffolding teams on site
Carry out inspections and identify any safety concerns
Liaise with site management and other trades when required
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and site safety

Requirements

CISRS Advanced Scaffolder qualification
Valid CSCS card
Strong scaffolding industry experience
Good knowledge of TG20 and scaffolding regulations
Ability to lead and work effectively within a team
Reliable, organised, and safety conscious
Full UK driving licence preferred
HGV Licence (Preferable but not essential)
