Practice at a high level of clinical expertise in assessing and diagnosing patients who present to the BHOC SDEC service. Demonstrate a critical understanding of your broadened level of responsibility and autonomy. Use expertise and decision making skills to inform clinical reasoning approaches when dealing with differentiated and undifferentiated individual presentations and complex situations, synthesising information from multiple sources to make appropriate evidence based judgements and diagnoses. Role model the values of the organisation. Evaluate your own practice and participate in MDT service and team evaluation. Lead new practice and service redesign solutions. Critically apply advanced clinical expertise in appropriate ways to provide consultancy across professional and service boundaries.
