Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner - Frailty Intervention

Southern Health and Social Care Trust is seeking an Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner (Band 7) for the CAWT PEACEPLUS Early Frailty Intervention Project. The post is temporary until 31 December 2028 and applications are invited via the standard NHS process.

The role is based at St Luke's Hospital site, Armagh, with the possibility of flexible working arrangements from day one. Post holders will contribute to frailty assessments and interventions within the early intervention framework,
