Main accountabilities and responsibilities (including I Care) Experience and qualification requirements Experience in an operator role in the manufacturing areaProven experience with operating complex machinery or production equipment and understanding of the operational processes. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving minor technical issues with machines or equipment. Process optimization experience or involvement in improving production workflows or efficiency. Experience with safety protocols and maintenance procedures for equipment, including calibration, inspections, and cleaning.
