West Pottergate Medical Practice has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ANP to join our team. This is a permanent, part-time position for up to two days a week.
Main duties of the jobWe are a friendly and welcoming GP Practice located in central Norwich. We seek an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team and be a part of a company that makes a difference, supported by and working with a diverse, multi-skilled professional team of clinical and non-clinical friendly staff, providing high quality, person-centred, holistic nursing care to patients.

Job responsibilitiesCurrent list size 6000. The practice achieved CQC good status, we strive to continuously maintain and improve these standards. We are actively involved in clinical research and teaching. Personal development and training supported for all staff.
Qualifications- Experience of working in an acute or primary care setting
- Basic nursing qualification and NMC registration
- Master's degree in advanced clinical practice
- Disease management specialty qualification e.g. diabetes or respiratory diploma
- Training and supervision qualification
