Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to provide locum cover within a busy GP surgery in Huddersfield. The successful candidate will be confident working autonomously, managing a range of acute presentations, and using System1.

Key Responsibilities

• Autonomous assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and minor illness presentations
• Independent prescribing (where applicable)
• Clinical decision-making and appropriate referral
• Accurate clinical documentation using System1
• Working collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with relevant ANP qualification
• Independent Prescriber (if applicable)
• Previous experience working within Primary Care/GP setting
• Confident using System1
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
