Main duties of the jobAre you passionate about safeguarding and looking to advance your career in a specialised role? Our team at our brand new West Midlands site is seeking an Advanced Safeguarding Practitioner with a non-judgmental attitude, advocacy skills, and a deep commitment to client safety and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage your time / lists and work through tasks, prioritising as required.
- Case loading is a key responsibility of the role, requiring meticulous management of multiple client cases simultaneously to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
- Perform 1st trimester scanning or be working towards proficiency; 2nd trimester scanning experience is beneficial but not required.
- LARC (Long-Acting Reversible Contraception) training is preferred; experience with Dilapan insertion is a plus.
- Demonstrate proficiency in core fundamentals and be working towards mastering advanced competencies.
- Ensure high standards of documentation and maintain a willingness to learn.
- Work according to clinic policies and seek support when necessary.
