The Programme

We are currently supporting multiple NHS ENT insourcing programmes across the East of England, Midlands and North West England, designed to increase outpatient and diagnostic capacity within established care pathways.

These programmes focus on delivering structured, high-volume clinic activity during weekends and out-of-hours periods, helping reduce waiting lists and improve patient access.

You will be part of a clinically led, fully governed service model, working within a coordinated MDT to deliver planned activity aligned to elective recovery objectives.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Deliver autonomous clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment within ENT outpatient clinics
  • Manage patient pathways independently, including decision-making, treatment planning, and discharge where appropriate
  • Support high-volume clinic activity aligned to elective recovery and backlog reduction
  • Work to agreed clinical protocols, ENT pathway standards, and governance frameworks
  • Collaborate with ENT consultants, Audiology teams, nurses, and the wider MDT to ensure safe and effective service delivery
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, outcomes tracking, and clear patient handover
  • Contribute to efficient clinic flow and delivery against agreed sessional targets
What We're Looking For
  • Registered healthcare professional with advanced practice capability (NMC)
  • Significant UK experience within ENT or relevant outpatient diagnostic settings
  • Evidence of autonomous practice at Band 7-8a level (including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment decision-making)
  • Independent prescribing qualification (desirable but not essential)
  • Ability to work within structured, session-based delivery models
  • Comfortable working to defined clinical pathways, KPIs, and governance processes
  • Strong MDT working, communication, and professional standards
  • Flexibility to support weekend and out-of-hours delivery
  • Valid Right to Work in the UK (please note we do not offer visa sponsorship)
