Our multidisciplinary team includes GPs, nurses, pharmacists, paramedics, physiotherapists and care navigators working together to manage both same-day demand and ongoing care for our patients. This role is suited to a confident ACP who is comfortable managing undifferentiated presentations, making independent clinical decisions and contributing to the day-to-day management of acute and routine GP workload. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established practice that values teamworking, clinical development and providing high quality care to our patients.
