What you'll doOur team provides a 7 day urgent and timely response to referrals from ambulance services and other health care professionals. Operating hours are currently 08 00, seven days a week, with some out of hours, late evening and weekend working required.
You will attend patients in the community with undifferentiated acute illness, perform assessment, examination, diagnosis and planning, and enable a holistic approach to care. You must be able to travel around various community locations using your own vehicle with business insurance to deliver care.
Key skills and attributesYou will need advanced communication skills, work well in teams, be adaptable, well organised and able to work well under pressure. You must also hold a full and valid driver's licence and have access to your own car.
Qualifications- Advanced Clinical Practitioner qualification
- NMP V300
- MSC level learning
- Additional clinical modules
- Additional training around clinical practice
- Experience in community / urgent care
- Acute hospital experience
- Post qualifying nurse experience
