Adult's SW - Safeguarding Team - Worcestershire

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Safeguarding Team in Worcestershire. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in safeguarding adults at risk, working collaboratively with various stakeholders to promote positive outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and evaluations of individuals in need of safeguarding interventions.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Working closely with multi-agency partners to coordinate safeguarding activities and interventions.
• Providing guidance and support to families and carers, ensuring they are informed and involved in the safeguarding process.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Participating in safeguarding meetings and contributing to strategy discussions.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
• Registration with Social Work England.
• Proven experience in adult safeguarding and knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices.
• Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively.
